The pollster Frank Luntz just said this is huge and he expects as much as 3pt swing for Trump.

I don’t know if there is enough room for that kind of swing but he says the motivation factor is understandable.

Personally, I think the garbage truck and safety vest becomes a huge visual that drives(no pun) votes.
