After several threads, I feel like this is needed now more than ever. A lot of y’all need to take notes on how to avoid sickness or defeat it with your mind. Here we go:
1. Lift heavy five times a week. Heavy is relative. Freaking get after it
2. Sleep. In bed by 9:30 up by 4:30. We’re attacking here bitches
3. Food. Eat tons of steak, eggs, chicken and fish. If you think you’ve, eaten enough eat more. These are natures cheat codes.
4. Sunlight. Get plenty. Four hours a day
5. Work hard. Get your shit done plus some at the “office.” Make yourself indispensable
5. Booze. Have a few drinks. It’s good for you. The rest of your life is locked down tight.
Long story short, don’t wallow when life hands you lemons. Get it together, bend that bitch over, and make you a Chilton
