This is how you take shards of truth and tell a deceitful story to try to keep people scared.

"Cases have doubled in the US!"

Now look at the actual case curve in the US. Does this look like something that justifies that panicky headline?

The "story" itself is b-----t in its conclusions, contradictory in its reasoning and I think proves we are going to have to keep pushing on these people to force them to understand we are *not going back* and they can forget ever dividing us into the "vaccinated haves" and the "unvaccinated have nots".

Right there in their own story they cited the proof that their narrative of "Delta and lagging vaccination is causing the doubling" - by noting that South Dakota has seen no case increases, with one of the highest Delta prevalence percentages but a relatively low vaccination percentage.

Trump said the media is the enemy of the people. He is right. As usual.
You love you some Trump. More power to you. Hope for your sake your not sending him any money. Just hang on, he will return to office next month. What a glorious day that will be!

The flip side of that coin is that Vermont has the highest vaccination rate in the nation (66% of its citizens are fully vaccinated). Yet, like virtually all states, it's cases have also risen (not alarmingly, but measurably) in the past two weeks.

It's a Summer increase. We saw it last year. We are seeing it again (probably to a lesser degree, due to the vaccine) this year.

Deaths are not like to increase at the same ratio vs. infections that they did last Summer since the cohort most likely to die (older folks and those with pre-existing health issues) are more likely to be vaccinated than those with a low chance of dying (younger, healthier folks).

Just not very many people willing to admit that lol.
That's the biggest problem IMO.
Whatever your claiming (not you) such as widespread voter fraud, you can't just say it and make it so.
In this country it has to be PROVEN in court.
That's why I have always said, I do not think there was widespread voter fraud, but if it is ever proven in our courts then I will gladly change my position.
Some (on both sides) will never admit they were wrong regardless of what the courts say.

I think there was also but to your point it has to be proven. If you can’t prove it then it doesn’t matter what it looks like. I think there’s voter fraud to a degree in every election though FWIW. Been happening for a long time.

And yet you've been against audits at every turn which is where evidence would be gathered to present in court in the 1st place.

Let your "cyber ninjas" take their findings (once all you suckers quit sending them money), to court. If the courts agree, so will I.

Cases mean nothing if they do not result in critical outcomes.

Some are trying to argue that the UK shows the vaccines do not work to reduce critical outcomes. I do not see the data the way they do. *Something* is keeping hospitalizations and deaths well below where they were in earlier case spikes. I think one side is far too quick to dismiss natural immunity but I think the other side trying to use the UK to win an argument about vaccines that the data does not support.

It would foolish to dismiss that vaccines are why the UK is seeing cases go up but hospitalizations/deaths go up far less.

One thing that needs to be said again IMO - the vaccines were not developed to stop infections or stop those who get the vaccine from spreading an infection to another person. They were developed to protect those that get the vaccines from getting critically ill.

*Perhaps* the lesson of the UK is that the vaccines are doing what they were designed to do *and nothing else* (which has great implications for the push to get everyone vaccinated to "stop case spread").

In other words, does the UK substantiate the very important point that your vaccine protects you, and my vaccine protects me, but the evidence for anything else might be limited?
