I had the privilege to watch Rashawn Truell, QB for New Hampstead, play last Friday night. He has a very strong, accurate arm. He has set Georgia state records. He has good size at 6'1 215 with supposedly 4.0 GPA and yet I don't see him ranked or even having any good offers.
Has anyone seen him play and know why he isn't ranked any higher?
