Question about SEC baseball championship

After the first round, it has been double elimination format. Tennessee has already lost once. LSU is still undefeated in tournament play. My question is, if Tennessee beats LSU in this 3pm game, do they immediately play another game since it will just be LSU's first loss? Or does UT win the title?
