I'm 50 and I've been working to get into better shape. On July 1st I was 256 lbs (only 6 foot) but as of today I'm down to 229. I go to the gym 3 days a week and the other days when I'm home, I have this app for tracking push-ups squats, etc. Back to the gym days. First time, I've lifted weights in gosh, 20 years probably. Kids became my weightlifting for awhile. So I'm really looking to build the upper body more but again, at my age or lack of ego, I'm not trying to push myself and get hurt. Just looking for strategies. Or like how many sets I should do each time at the gym etc. I've definitely put on muscle and look better (pic violation) but I've just been doing whatever I felt like. Now maybe I will get better results if I get someone to advise haha.
Thanks.
Thanks.
