I watch the games on tv or the internet as much as I can. Several things I see that really concern me about the program....
1. Strickland doesn't seem to get involved in the emotional aspect of rallying his players or congratulating them after a great play or hit....too stoic during the games for me....I can flat tell you, whether we have talent or not Strickland isn't getting the max out of this team.
2. Doesn't seem to be any leaders in the dugout.....guys that goes up and down the dugout trying push his comrades on.....
3. Confidence from the players, and I mean individual confidence.....most look nervous on the pitching mound and nervous at the plate.....how many hundreds of strikes have we seen that were right down the middle of the plate with bat stuck on a shoulder.....ridiculous......but maybe that goes back to Strickland's lack of coaching.
