She is the biggest name tied to this grant. She is a sr advisor who works with one of the five companies who shared responsibility on how to use this grant given to power forward communities. The whole Stacey got 2 billion narrative isn’t true. She didn’t technically receive it. The company is called rewire America. It is a company converting homes from gas to electric. The issue here is how the money is being spent as well. She is just the big fish getting the attention. They haven’t done what they should have with the money.

They can't account for a leave percentage of the money. That's only one of the issues.
I figured they’re smarter than to leave a money trail of high salaries. I’m sure they found other ways to drain the funds back into their pockets.

I think it’s a bad argument to say “well, the payment didn’t go to her.” Of course it didn’t go to her, but to an organization in which she holds a leadership position and directly led one of the projects for which the funds went to support. I mean, I don’t think it’s wrong to criticize her for being involved.
I’m sure Stacey is offering her services to that fine organization for a (ahem) nominal fee. She has always been so truthful and upfront with her finances.

I don’t think it is wrong at all to connect her to it or question her about it. She has a terrible reputation and history. She is the most famous person connected with this most likely. I just think the people Out there who actually believe she got 2 billion dollars to do what she wanted with is wrong. But she has earned whatever karma or justice comes her way. Just interesting that she is part of a company who benefitted from this right after she lost to kemp and had campaign debt. It is a crazy coincidence, and could be construed as a reward for what she did for Biden in 2020. She never got her payoff. I know she was pissed and raised hell.

We know that most of the funds from that account have not yet been distributed. We don't know how much, if any, has been received by Power Forward Communities (PFC). We don't know how any funds already distributed have been used.
PFC was established specifically for this grant. It has no prior activity other than one contribution of $100 from the organizers.
The part that has been the most misunderstood and misrepresented is the "pilot" project with 74 homes in DeSoto, Georgia. They did not spend $2 billion in DeSoto. Rather, they used the experience in DeSoto as a basis to apply for the grant. Rewiring America, an NGO and one of the organizations behind PFC, conducted the DeSoto project. The founder and CEO of Rewiring America, Ari Matusiak, is Co-Chairman of PFC.
A key difference between DeSoto and the proposed work by PFC is that the people in DeSoto received their upgrades free. The ongoing projects would mainly include subsidized financing for upgrades and new construction. The program would be available to low income homeowners, real estate developers and rental property owners providing low income housing. It would also utilize existing rebates, subsidies and tax credits available from other government programs to lower costs to the property owners.
The Plan, according to the grant application document, is to spend that money to convert gas systems to electric and update appliances, including HVAC systems, in 1.25 million homes nationwide. They originally requested $9.5 billion to fund this operation. The homes are all to be in low income and disadvantaged communities (LIDACs), mostly urban and some Tribal communities.
Of the original funding request, 80% was to go to project financing and 20% to admin costs and marketing.

That story doesn't conflict with the account by many, most notably the astronauts themselves, that the spaceX mission was inexplicably pushed to a date beyond the inauguration. Given Biden's famous disdain for Musk, even prior to him aligning with Trump, it is no stretch of the imagination to believe that Biden wouldn't make it a priority to rescue these guys if it meant giving Elon Musk credit.FALSE
