Well, unfortunately the wackjob will buy scuba gear, dive down, pick up a rifle and take aim at the unarmed population. Clearly that wise person didn't read our country's history. Until deemed unnecessary, I will remain heavily armed at all times.

My interpretation is that the singer suggests we should dump foolish people to the bottom of the sea...that, or he was watching Admiral Nelson and Captain Crane on TV.
