was in NYC which I don’t care for eating at Per Se, a restaurant. They found out we were from Georgia so they brought over a kid who was working his way up the Keller group and he came over to our table. Kid’s on the dawgvent and grew up in Athens. Gave us a kitchen tour, introduced us to the chef and comped our drinks for the table. Doesn’t post much because he’s working crazy hours but reads everything and knows what’s going on here.
