- Memphis at #17 Tulane - rooting for Tulane. Want the G5 as high as possible
- Oregon State at #11 Boise State - rooting for Boise to win. The more lower talented teams in the field the better for us. Boise staying ahead of Alabama is big for the G5.
- Mississippi State at # 14 Ole Miss - rooting for Ole Miss to win. We need the committee to make a hard choice for 3-loss teams.
- Michigan at #2 Ohio State - rooting for Ohio State. If Ohio State loses, they are not getting a bye which means we could play them in the opening round if we falter. I want to play them as late as possible in the bracket.
- #8 Tennessee at Vanderbilt - rooting for Tennessee. A win for the Vols will be one of the nails in Alabama's coffin. We've already handled the Vols, as well.
- #15 South Carolina at #12 Clemson - rooting for Clemson. A win for Clemson will be another nail in the coffin of Alabama as we need two ACC teams in the field.
- #5 Notre Dame at USC - rooting for Notre Dame. They're a non threat right now, don't want the committee to add any additional SEC teams other than the ones they absolutely have to.
- #6 Miami at Syracuse - rooting for Miami. We need two ACC teams in the field. Pretty simple, need the Canes to win.
- California at #9 SMU - rooting for SMU. See above, need the ACC as strong as possible.
- Auburn at #13 Alabama - rooting for Auburn, unfortunately.
- #16 Arizona State at Arizona - rooting for Arizona State. Big 12 teams need someone in the field, need Arizona State to be as high as possible
- Purdue at #10 Indiana - rooting for Indiana. Big Ten needs four teams in and they are a non-threat.
- #3 Texas at #20 Texas A&M - dealer's choice, has no bearing on us. I'm rooting for A&M.
- #24 Kansas State at #18 Iowa State - rooting for Iowa State. Need a Big 12 champion in.
- Houston at #19 BYU - rooting for BYU, need a Big 12 champion in.
