Some interesting comments there, most are in denial, I think we would expect the worst if this was happening to us.

From thier publisher :

I confirmed last night that the NCAA is set to visit Michigan this week. After doing some further digging, it appears that the NCAA will be making the trip tomorrow. The purpose of the visit still remains unclear but should get a clearer picture once the visit is made.

In the mean time, the NCAA has still yet to hand over evidence to Michigan, Warde Manuel has been DEMANDING evidence from them but still hasn’t received it. That has been something he’s been hounding the NCAA about—but has yet to received anything.

The major storyline remaining is that the NCAA have not yet ruled out the possibility of Stalions attending a game in person and are focusing on whether he attended a specific game.

Again, it’s still showing that no other U-M staffers are involved but it’s becoming increasingly likely that the program needs to distance himself from Stalions, throw him to the wolves and move on.

More when I can get it.

Unreal, so that shows they have nothing.
They are looking for a game he attended because that is the letter of the rule.
We loopholed them on the other stuff and there's nothing they can do.

Ain’t it funny how the NCAA can operate in a manner that is not pursuant to a fair and reasonable investigation? In a legal matter, withholding evidence is a crime and can force a case to be thrown out.

This whole thing has been a joke from the start.Accuse someone of a crime based on flimsy information. Then build your case (that you don't have) after while holding the person hostage.

This is a total joke and a witch hunt. Thamel, Mandel, Forde, etc. are going to have egg on their face when it comes out that this is a nothing burger.

Right? What the hell is the presumption of guilt of if they have no evidence. moron reporter's fan fiction fairytale?

The NCAA has nothing.
Time to sue the NCAA for Defamation, Slander, Libel and show the proof of OSU cheating and the NCAA turning a blind eye.
Go for the kill shot.

im still confused as to why people think this is going to result in vacated wins when the ncaa literally says in person scouting provides very minimal advantage if any.

Unfortunately, you can't prove a negative. The best case here is there is no evidence of Jim being aware of the off campus scouting, but we'll still be stuck with the presumption of guilt.
