Not sure of your situation, but we did a living trust a few years ago. It fit better for us, wanted to avoid probate and it also had some tax advantages that a Will doesn’t.

Basically, one avoids probate and the other doesn’t (will). There are a lot of tax advantages as well.

Don’t want to tell you anything wrong, research it and see what fits best. For us, the living trust did…..it protects you from a lot of shat.

Had an attorney do it for us, very detailed and thorough.
