What's the story with Humphreys and Evans?

They don't seem to be part of the gameplan, and I wonder why.

Has Humphreys caught a pass, since Clemson? It looked like he might be an emerging part of the offense. And Evans touches seem limited to kick/punt return.

I know there's 1 ball
I know there are other players


Just seems like there would be more effort to use them both.
