My wife mistakenly bought pork belly, not bulgogi. It's pre-sliced/marinated.

Anyone? I said fry it like bacon and put some in some soups, burgers, etc, but it is a full pork belly... gotta cook it and get rid of it in a couple days.

Looking for literally anything to help.
