Slow day on vent vacation recommendations

I know we have several threads about specific destinations - just looking for recommendations on resorts in Caribbean or Mexico - we have started taking one good vacation a year as a family since kids have gotten a little older
So far we did beaches in Turks - loved Turks was not a fan of beaches
Did Aruba last summer - really liked Aruba
