Do we start dedicating people to recruiting kids already enrolled elsewhere as vigorously as we do high school kids?
By recruit I obviously know there are rules around contact and such. I just mean from evaluating standpoint.
Seems like you could dedicate a few people to this and it be there only responsibility.
I am sure we do some of this now but before with all the rules I am sure our staff was better utilized than to chase hypotheticals that had to sit for a year (hence not a reason for most to transfer). But now, Fields is about to open the floodgates.
Maybe insiders can shed light on how this change in transfers will/or already is being addressed.
