Maybe he's getting his SSA mixed up with his USSAA (Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act), which was one of the five emercency supplemental funding measures enacted by the US Congress from 2022-2024.

Looks to me like those "grants" are actually Social Security Retirement Insurance payments, paid to retirees who've been paying into the system all their working lives.
If that's the case, no harm no foul. The only way to find out whether stuff is legit or not is to look. And a good way to potentially diagnose issues would be to flag something like a payment from SSA to a Ukraine agency.
I for one welcome all this shit coming to light, allowing all sides, including the Trump hating media, to fact check everything. For some reason, democrats are having judges block the administration's ability to audit itself for abuse and fraud. Makes zero sense, and I can't understand why any American wouldn't applaud trying to get to the bottom of this stuff.
My guess is that much of the intentionally wasteful government spending has historically been difficult to diagnose due to a maze of different agencies, the sources and uses of money difficult to dicipher immediately. The combination of really smart people and the use of technology is cutting through a lot of the maze, and putting some really wasteful shit out there for all to see for the first time. I am ready for WaPo and NYT to fact check all of it. If it weren't for Twitter, I don't think anyone would know.

I checked that link just now and you're correct. The hash for my saved search filter must have expired, so it's just showing payments. If you set the filters to the past 12 months and check only "grants", then click submit, you'll see what I was referring to. It will hit home for certain republicans as well. When they audit the Military there will be some shady shit exposed on both sides. Anyone who wants interest rates and inflation to come down should be applauding every effort to cut the deficit. Dems are doing themselves no political favors by choosing this issue to fight Trump on.
Eliminating wasteful spending is universally approved. Only those who stand to lose from the process, or those that just blindly fight Trump on everything disapprove.
We need to sue these radical left wing judges and tell them to stay the hell away from our business. This is our money they are messing with and they are the beaurocrats that is running the swamp.
The only things they are doing to win on legally when it is all said and done on appeal is birthright citizenship and any attempt for Executive branch to cut already approved congressional broad spending by department.
The laughable blocks on the executive branch conducting an internal audit and making changes to how it administers that spending won’t hold up legally.
