IMVHO, statement before each game to the fans and teams playing put out by bowl selection and playoff committee:
Any group of fans storming the field after the game automatically disqualifies the team for any post season bowl game or playoff consideration.
In the same manner if a bench clearing fight breaks out during the game or after, BOTH teams will be disqualified for any post season bowl game or playoff consideration.
$$$$$ is clearly not a deterrent and this holds the fan and teams to acct.
