Someone should ask WTF is so special about Alabama in this committee's eyes...

Don't get me wrong, I think UGA, Tennessee and Bama should all be ranked of a Miami team that has played a weak ACC schedule and is extremely lucky to just have one loss... but there does NOT seem to be any logic at all in having Alabama ranked ahead of them, but UGA and the Vols both ranked behind them?

All three teams have two losses, so overall record is seemingly a three way tie between these three schools that have also all played each other already this season too.

Head to Head:
Alabama has beaten UGA (barely) at home, but lost to Tennessee. UGA has beaten Tennessee pretty soundly at home, but again lost in a thriller early in the season at Alabama. As established here already, Tennessee beat Alabama, but lost to UGA.

Ok, so head to head is another good old fashioned three way tie between these three, so let's look at who these teams other loss was to...

UGA's other loss was on the road against the committee's number 9 ranked team Ole Miss (as the final game in a road game stretch that lasted over 30 days). Alabama lost to unranked Vanderbilt and Tennessee lost to unranked Arkansas.

This sure seems like a massive advantage in UGA's resume to me, but maybe I'm discounting other quality wins that Alabama has on their resume so let's take a closer look at any other wins versus the committee's other Top 25 teams...

UGA has also beaten the committee's #3 team, Texas, VERY convincingly on the road. They also had another VERY convincing win over #17 Clemson.

Alabama has also beaten the committee's #18 (South Carolina) and #23 (Missouri) teams. The first of which went completely down to the wire at home and the second of which they won convincingly at home.

Tennessee does not have another Top 25 win other than Alabama.

Sure seems to be yet another MASSIVE and DECISIVE advantage for UGA once again to me in comparing how these three team's stack up.... but somehow Alabama is ranked ahead of us and also leapfrogs Miami, but we do not?!?

Conclusion:
This committee F'n BLOWS!!
