Something wrong with the banners on posting stuff?

Hey @Anthony Dasher and @Radi Nabulsi. Seems like the banners in the post box are grayed out where someone can’t post like a link or picture? Seems like everything is grayed out in the banner portion of the post box? Anyone else seeing this?
