In mid-December China notified the World Health Organization what was coming. The WHO announced it to the world on December 31st.
In late January Trump complimented Chinese Chairman Xi in a tweet for his response to the virus.
On January 24th the Senate Intelligence committee had a private briefing on the crisis to come. Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Sen. Richard Burr started selling millions of dollars of stock that day.

Jan 14 the World Health Organization parroted China's statement that the virus cannot be transmitted to humans. Trump shut down all travel from China 2 weeks later, and was called a racist by DEM leadership for doing so.

This is the WHO promoting the Chicoms lies in mid January. China was well aware of person to person infections in December
It was nearly 2 weeks after this they finally had to admit what was going on.

It was a group of doctors who came forward to the WHO in late December. Not the Chinese govt. The same doctors were subsequently arrested. One later died.
