companies you would consider buying that meets the following investment critera:
1. cant sell it. Have to hold it across a 10 yr horizon.
2. They have Consistent/above avg dividend yield history and forward prospects.
3. Matured company that still has earnings per share/dividends per share growth prospects.
4. Existed, at a minimu, before the great recession
In other words, not house money. More of a set it and forget it.
