Well another work weekend for me so this one will be simple. How can you plan a menu around Georgia Tech? Not big traditions or regional cuisine to choose from......Unless you count homeless ripple or dumpster curry. They dont have elaborate tailgates to copy or BBQ standards. Heck they dont even have food looking colors or mascots you can cook. Unless deep fried bugs sound tasty. So I went with planning a menu around something that reflects their fanbase as best I could. I went with tiny cocktail wieners.
Little wiener chili dawgs with copycat Varsity chili
Little wiener corndogs on toothpicks.
Hand cut fries
Onion rings
Fried pies made from leftover apple pie.
White trash dip
Slaw
Boiled peanuts
Diet cokes for the work night.
Brown liquor for the win (later)
