This dreary weather got me sitting in front of a fire sippin some saison while my braised oxtail and TURNIP greens cook. Listening to Andy Thorn’s Christmas album which gets the coveted @ARealMunson endorsement.
Decent chance @Single Barrel Dawg namesake makes an appearance later. Got a Fortuna (mgp) barrell proof looking at me from the other room now with some friends from Nashville barrell (10 year mgp rye) and a surprisingly good dad’s hat 5 year barrell proof.
Wish the dawgs were still rolling (orange bowl yada yada yada) but otherwise pretty darn tough to beat this time of year.
