Tailgating at Sofi… not allowed?

I am on the CFP website and it says in multiple places that tailgating will not be allowed in any Sofi lot…

Wut?

Someone tell me I’m misreading this or please explain to me like I’m 5 how this could be.

• “RVs / Recreational vehicles will not be allowed to park at SoFi Stadium for the 2023 national championship game. In addition, tailgating will not be allowed in any SoFi Stadium parking lot.”

“Tailgating will not be allowed in the lots surrounding SoFi Stadium for the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship. For off-site parking options, please refer to that venue’s rules and regulations.”
