I'm going to try to post something from the past few years of Tech-hatin' every day. Here is a UGA vs. Tech alphabet from a few years ago--with a few lines updated.
The Jacket-Hater's Alphabet
A is for Athens, a Southern-fried heaven,
B is for Bobo, 1997.
C is Chan Gailey (is he still alive?),
D is for Dooley, who won his first five.
E is Erk Russell, reborn as K. Smart.
F is for Flag Boy, a wimp off the chart.
G is for Gurley, set loose in OT,
H is for Herschel, who stomped them times three.
I is for insects, with very few wins.
J is for Johnson, all five of his chins.
K is for Kanon, from 34 yards,
L is for Lewis: we love our Grizzards,
M is for Munson, the Dawgliest tone,
N is North Avenue, ugly crime zone.
O is O'Leary, whose lies brought his fall,
P is for Pollack, still chasing R. Ball,
Q is for quit, as they did in '02.
R is for Richt, who still owns GTU.
S is this State, as in what we still run.
T is for Tickle pile, their only fun.
U is for Uga, the mascot who reigns,
V is Verron, and 200 for Haynes,
W, Wansley, who caught Godsey's throw,
X is eXpel, the Tech Ten had to go,
Y, You Can Do That, and lose once again,
Z is for Zeier. He killed 'em. Amen.
