Good Morning, National Champions! Remember on this fine Tuesday who you are. So, here's the list for the 60s of best numbers. A lot of throw-backs in here, as it just seemed more common to have guys in the 60s on defense back in the day, stud OL tend to wear numbers in the 70s in the modern era, and, frankly, we all know that until recent years OL hasn't been a star-studded group. That's changing, and I've got one 2021 Dawg in the mix here. Of course, we've got a no-brainer in there at RB as one fo the best to ever play for the Dawgs was in the 60s.
Link to 50s, which has a link to all the others. is here. BTW, really good suggestions yesterday.
Here goes:
60 - Pat Dye
61 - Eddie Weaver
62 - Charley Trippi
63 - Edgar Chandler
64 - Peter Anderson
65 - Brad Stafford
66 - Royce Smith
67 - Joel Parrish
68 - Chris Burnette
69 - Jamaree Salyer
Who am I missing or forgetting?
