"They were looking for a Sugar Bowl..." Who else remembers this classic?



In the early '80s, I was given a cassette tape as a kid filled with Larry Munson calls and about 10 UGA-related songs, including "The Irish Came Down to Play Georgia." Over several years, I played the hell out of that tape—so much so, the tape ribbon literally wore down to where it eventually wouldn't play at normal speed. I wish I still had that cassette in some form.

"Give Herschel Walker the Ball" was a catchy tune, as well.
