keep you in a lot of games. Add nineteen assists and you have a recipe for success. Great job of sharing the pill over the last several games. The color analyst, who was good by the way, said the same thing I did earlier this year. Some posters here were saying they didn't think we had an Alpha guy that could carry us if needed, or get that big bucket. I said I'd prefer to have any of several guys that are capable on any given night, or moment. That's exactly what he said and he was right of course.

Our defense and rebounding continue to be solid and that will keep you in virtually any game. ND is a pretty good shooting team, but we clamped down on them really tough. Can we continue to do it vs the talent in the SEC? That will be a key to the season. I said before the season that this team would be ten points better just from not giving up second shots and getting many more ourselves. One thing CMW and the team might keep in mind is if you are not making your threes early on change it. I think our first nine shots tonight were 3s. all missed. We've done that in a couple other games. Just work the ball and get a couple of hoops to get off the snide. I appreciate the confidence, but vs a really good team we could bury ourselves.

I'd still like to see some more post ups on the low block. We have some guys, including Somto, that have some good moves around the bucket, and they all pass well out of the double. Montgomery is coming in at just the right time. Blue, who I like, is struggling with his shot. And while he hustles and rebounds well, is a liability against good guards on D. I really don't know DeShaynes game, but evidently he can score, which we need right now and going forward. Blue will still have some good shooting games, but we won't have to rely on him so much. Sometimes I want to criticize Asa for not being strong enough around the hoop, but he is so relentless he makes up for it.
