Since it is Missouri we are going with bbq of course.....But I am working all weekend so I will be pulling some items out of the freezer to assist.
I will be making a batch of Kansas City style sauce....Basically my regular sauce with some sweeteners and tomato products added.

BBQ Pork Sliders
Burnt ends
Sides will be Mac and Cheese and Beans
Rotel Dip
Boiled Peanuts
Homemade beignets
Drinks will be diet cokes
Brown liquor for the win(later)
