Searels are hardly qualified to do the hiring and firing of assistant football coaches at UGA. Kirby is in charge, and he will do what he thinks is best. You either trust Kirby or you don’t. Do you really believe he will hire or keep an incompetent football coach when it so greatly affects his coaching tenure at UGA?
The position of offensive coordinator is one of those positions that’s under constant public scrutiny, and with most fans, you cannot win. There have been times that I have second-guessed a play call, but I admit that I don’t know nearly as much about what’s going on with our team as Coach Bobo, and I played and coached at UGA.
Trust Kirby…..leave it up to him. Of course he’s made mistakes, and he will fix what he believes needs to be improved.
