Peebles maintained that if Trump is truly liable for the civil offenses he was found liable for, there are untold numbers of other New York businessmen who have committed the same offense that has otherwise been considered "victimless."

"No one else would have been sued for what Donald Trump was sued for with regards to his financial statements. His own lender, who they were submitted to, said they didn't rely upon them, said that they would not have made a difference and they want to do business with him again," Peebles said, referring to German financial behemoth Deutsche Bank.

First, there are no common sense Dems. The party leadership is either off their rockers or straight up tyrants. If you support the type of censorship, attacks on gun rights, hope and change without knowing what you're hoping for and what is going to change, secret courts being misled by LEs and officers of the courts (hundreds of times and not just Trump) and tax dollars being spent on "swag" all over the country, I'm not sure common sense is the word for supporters.

Next, while his opinion is sensible, if he believes nobody but DJT or even his team would have been sued in the NY case, then he stopped way short in his criticism. If we are now targeting individuals and searching for crimes, there is no republic.

You can turn the page but the next chapter is more horrific than the last. It doesn't get better.
