This has been debated a lot on here, but I absolutely believe

A chance to make the playoffs without playing in the SECCG would be a huge blessing for this team. From when the tech game is over to the time the playoffs start, it will feel dang near like a new season. And if this team has any chance to win a title at all (I have strong doubts), a complete reset is exactly what they need.
