4 of 10 are repaying student loans. There was zero attempt to collect non payment for Bidens entire administration. No he did not comply. Trump admin just announced they will begin Involuntary collections.
If people actually examined their political beliefs the vast vast majority of Americans, even those who consider themselves right wing, would realize they are liberal. Belief in hierarchy and nobility is a fundamentally right wing belief and the disgust reflex most Americans have to authoritarian figures is because most Americans are liberals.
I am not, I’ve seen where liberalism has led and I despise it.
There is also the reality that a president cannot fix America’s problems in our current system. if people actually want to “drain the swamp”, return manufacturing, fix the military, mass deportations, etc. it is going to require a president that behaves like Caesar. If Trump is not willing to do so I have no use for him.
And it’s becoming increasingly clear that he’s not going to keep any campaign promises.
Due process is when Americans are tried before foreigners sitting in the judiciary and the American bar association threatens all criminal defense firms worth their salt with disbarment and civil tort action if they dare to defend Americans protestors.
It’s good that Trump pardoned them but unless Pam Bondi quits playing with her Barbies and brings criminal charges against the big players in the Jan 6 prosecutions this will continue to happen in a more punitive fashion.
The socialist/commies only have the judiciary to give cover to their grand plans that cannot past muster with the voters or Congress. Now they don't have the Presidency to advance their agenda either.
They have worked assiduously for decades to cultivate judges that will rule in their favor. Rush talked about this constantly and I heard him say this in the 90's and 2000's. The majority of Americans don't like the left's ideas forced onto them and the judges are their allies.
Agree on the prosecutions and some judges like Boasberg are so dirty they need to be targeted as well.

Are you talking Biden v Nebraska...read up on that case and you'll see Biden followed the order but used other means for loan forgiveness.

I understand that he used other means but his comments about defying the Supreme Court should have been be a concern for you back then as much as Trump today.

Correct from finding a way to adhere to the ruling but used other "legal" means to execute student loan forgiveness.

The entirety of the leftward march since the turn of the 20th century has been accomplished through the judiciary.
It took the right 60 years of work to overturn roe v wade and affirmative action those who want to wait for the court to make the correct decision concerning things like immigration are going to be waiting forever.
I am still unaware of a situation where a modern president has directly contravened a Supreme Court order. Let me be clear- I still don’t think Trump has yet crossed that bright line, though he is getting close. Biden with his stupid student loan stuff and Trump with his first term travel ban tried to bend around rulings of the Supreme Court, but neither of those were what I am talking about.
He complied after lawsuits and rulings against his policy. He outright knew and acknowledged both were most likely unconstitutional and went through with them.
They were not legal. The just changed to another illegal method and stopped when called on it again.

Noncitizens whose entry is suspended, including those who cross unlawfully between ports of entry instead of using a lawful pathway will generally, not be eligible for asylum and face a higher screening standard for other forms of protection. Noncitizens who do not establish a legal basis to remain in the United States will:
- be promptly removed to their home country or a third country, (pretty clear)
- face at least a 5-year bar on re-entry, and
- confront possible criminal charges for a subsequent unlawful reentry.

Problem is, it was in writing only. Biden admin did NOT uphold what they put into writing - Did just the opposite, talking tough to give appearance of seriousness but did nothing; creating an app that allowed ILLEGALS (means breaking the law for dumb libs) to bypass the border. Now we have an admin that is UPHOLDING the law and you lib terrorist sympathizers scream to high heaven with NO concern for the many Americans, including in Athens, GA, that have been accosted; beaten; and killed by illegal gang members.
Apparently we had one when Biden opened the door for millions of illegals to flood the country.
Remember being told time and time again: “the border is secure”. Enough said.
He didn’t ignore. He modified his plan. Just like Trump didn’t ignore with his travel ban in 2017- he modified it.
