The same thing that resulted in the NCAA giving SMU the death penalty has now been legalized! If some basic controls are not put in place on the NIL, it will be a key contributor of killing college football as we’ve known it.
I contribute to the CCC & I’m all for the kids getting some $, but it should be performance based. Not buying & selling of unproven talent. If I ran a sales organization I wouldn’t write a check to an unproven talent equivalent to what my top performer earned in commissions for the year…which is what’s going on now.
