Not always a fan but he brought some real truth to the hearing on Supreme Court ethics. He didn’t condone what Judge Thomas did but pointed out 2 liberal judges did much worse and it was never publicized, certainly not in NYT or by Chuck Shummer. Yes, LBG auctioned off her signature of a legal decision to a liberal cause. As Lindsey says, there appears to be two sets of outrage in play here. Good info!!

I said the same thing. The resident dissenting viewpoint was he was for sale. Corrupt. In 26 years no liberal judge said a word. For a reason. No way in hell they were taking part in the perks of the job. Thomas is the most conservative vote on the bench. Buy one of the middle dwellers if that is what you are after. Just a dumb way to spend your money for a billionaire. Who don’t become that way by being stupid. The optics aren’t good for any of them. But I knew he wasn’t alone. Again the media plays a huge part in how things are used.
