Despite the portal not opening until December 9, a lot of players around the nation are announcing their intentions to transfer ahead of that window. We will leave this thread pinned as a repository of updates we have reported and rumors we are chasing down. We will refresh it as news warrants and note that in the thread title.

December 1
- Cornerback Julian Humphrey intends to put his name in the Transfer Portal. After losing his starting job to Daniel Harris, Humphrey has played sparingly of late, including not getting any snaps in the 8 overtime game versus Ga Tech. Kirby Smart wouldn't say if Humphrey would play out the season but the rumor is No. 12 has cleared out his locker.

- Wide receiver Nitro Tuggle recently followed the Rivals Transfer Tracker twitter account, but a close member of his family told us he was not transferring. Of course AJ Harris' dad did likewise right before Harris departed but we will take the family at their word.

- Here's a kid we saw at camp that really blew our doors off

"It seemed strange when Concepcion’s brother, Arrion, decommitted from NC State in mid-November. The younger Concepcion had been set to follow his brother to Raleigh as part of the 2025 recruiting class. Now, neither will play for NC State next season.

The elder Concepcion has had a prolific start to his college career, amassing 1,305 receiving yards and 16 receiving touchdowns on 125 catches. Rivals was the only major site to rate Concepcion as a four-star and he has more than proved that rating correct. He is set to be one of the most heavily recruiting prospects in the transfer portal this cycle."
