I’m not one to get too caught up in 4 vs. 5 star squabbles. There have been a few I thought were glaring. Gurley and Chubb were obvious and stubborn misses by Rivals. They’ve gotten a lot right as well.
Travon Walker was an obvious miss to me. Should’ve been a 5 star all day long. I saw him play a few times in high school. They just don’t make men that size, that athletic, and that fast. You could tell when he was a sophomore that he was special. All the analysts fell in love with Demarvin Leal but there was no way he was better than Walker. Even Kirby said he could coach another decade and never have another guy like Walker.
