Trump is what he is and doesn't project the image you want as the POTUS. Otoh, we don't need our elections decided by calling the opponent a fascist and literally Hitler. Our politics isn't toxic because of Trump. We have Trump because our politics became toxic.
I agree totally with this portion of your post, at least. It's terrible optics if you're trying to project the kind of strong-man stuff he does, but it was pretty funny all in all. Disinhibition is a major symptom of dementia, though, and so I feel for him. Doubt he's feeling great about that today.
Stop with the dementia stuff. Trump has always been embarrassingly unfiltered. The guy sat for 3 hours with Rogan and makes public statements all day long. His nature is he'll do some cringe worthy things and say things that can easily be twisted but saying he is suffering from dementia is insulting to those of use that have helped care for loved ones with dementia and watched their decline.
It's not. I've dealt with it. My wife works explicitly in the science and care of Alzheimer's.
