NonDawg TV question about those dealing with older parents/relatives

I am moving my 86-year-old aunt to live near me.
She is buying a townhouse. I have to get her closer to me and out of a house with stairs.

My question is, she has trouble with smart TVs, Too many apps, logins, confusing remotes, etc.

I just want a TV that she turns on and flips the channels. No "pick your source" and "create an account" stuff. Just cable tv with up and down channel choices. She is a fine with her iPad and will watch international stuff on that. Or Netflix, etc, on the tablet. But is there a non-smart tv?
