16 yr old girl and this is her 10th arrest. Girl who was nearly beaten to

death and her mother won't cooperate with police. Present state of black culture in the US is rotten. Probably the most self-destructive population in the world.

They need to lock her up before she kills lots of people.

No after school program or peer discussion group is going to stop her from killing somebody soon.
