… don’t want to hear “ he doesn’t know the D checks, scheme, plays, etc”; we shouldn’t have a scheme so incredibly complicated that kids have to have 2-3 yrs to understand it (or a PhD). SIMPLIFY his responsibilities to take advantage of his obvious talent … if need be, lock him on to an opposing WR and simply tell him “your job is to shut this guy down”. KS and GS can run their system with the other 10 kids; Robinson displayed enough natural talent in high-profile camps and All-Star environments to warrant an opportunity to show what he can do. If memory serves correctly, he went up against several of the nation’s best HS WRs and did a phenomenal job. Nothing to lose by giving him a chance in a low-risk game say against a Miss State to see what he can do when the cameras are rolling - we’ve seen enough of the other CBs not to at least give this kid an opportunity, imo -
