Per police he was going 90 (caught him on radar) on Atlanta when he was clocked at 3:18 Tuesday afternoon. If you’ve ever been on Atlanta HW leading out of Athens you know how busy that is. Was arrested for speeding maximum limits. And as you know, reckless driving. Limit is 45 on Atlanta Highway.
For those familiar with Athens and Atlanta Highway, this was near Heyward Allen Toyota - a very, very busy spot.

Per AJC it was his second speeding citation in eight days after being cited for going 60 in a 40 back home in Florida.
UPDATE: Police say he was also weaving in and out of traffic.
