Probably spent way too many hours and days comparing and contrasting Yoder, Traeger, Rec Tec, etc but after many messages from my fellow venters, landed on the RT700.

This will be my first pellet grill. Since I live in Jacksonville, FL do I need to empty my hopper of pellets after each cook due to outside conditions/risk of rotting pellets? I have read differing opinions on leaving pellets in and also removing. Just seems cumbersome to remove each time. Also, if there are any Rec Tec owners out there, what are your pros and cons? Thanks for any insight.
