-and Texas loses to 4-win Kentucky…
…and then Tennessee would just be playing Georgia again in the Georgia dome.

Kirby had a highly recruited team when Heupel was digging through the ashes in year 1. Not really fair to compare those early years.
Heupel is still having to rebuild the team. The roster is still suffering from poor 2021 and 2022 classes. It willl be another two recruiting cycles until Heupel has been able to have 4 years of top 10 classes.
Last year was a bridge year with Milton. We had a good team this year. Hard to win on the road. Nico still growing. We had a chance.
"If you can't beat 'em, insult 'em." Vol: Kirby Smart is a jackass. Reminds me of Dabo Sweeney, without a moral compass.
"Kirby drinks Heup's milkshake" Vol: Georgia will continue to own Tennessee in football going forward, Heupel cannot win against them , Banks defense cannot handle them
Playoff committee Vol: Sorry but this team doesn’t deserve the playoffs, I don’t think UGA does either but Vegas and ESPN get their wish, UGa, Bama, and Texas will be in.
Not on the playoff committee Vol: Georgia has wins against Clemson, Texas, and Tennessee. That's a pretty strong resume.

1. Make the opposing team’s previously struggling QB suddenly look great.
2. Have a previously thought to be elite aspect of our team suddenly become very average and get chumped (this year, our defense . . . in 2022 it was our offense).
3. Commit lots of penalties at big moments.
4. Lose to a bad team estluer in the year to make everything ride on this game . . . And then choke again to prove you aren’t ready for the big time.
That about covers it. Meh. No real surprises here. Oh well . . .This was another season of wasted opportunities. A favorable schedule. Florida is down (and yeah, we still struggled to win)). And everything to play for in a big moment.
Tennessee just isn’t ready for the big time. We probably won’t be next year either. The defense will step back - and does anyone think the O-Line is going to be better? Nico has flashes, but he hasn’t put it together yet.
Just very frustrated, guys. Sorry about that. This yearly re-run of the same movie sucks.

Folks that truly know me, this 55 year old dude is ready to rumble if folks want to flap their gums. I’m legit and very, very, very, very, very comfortable with backing up my mouth. Learning Vol: As long as Smart is at Georgia, Tennessee will have a difficult time beating them.

I’ve gone back and studied all of his 5 years coaching offense in the SEC(1 game shy) and the results are glaring. The man feast on bad teams, runs up stats and routinely gets embarrassed by the good defenses.
Here are the results when you look at his pts per game against OOC opponents(not counting bowls) vs his pts per games vs 9 win SEC teams…
CJH offenses average 44 pts a game against the lesser SEC teams and OOC opponents.
CJH offenses average 23 pts a game against 9 win SEC teams. (Keep in mind that incudes 52(bama), 45 (Kentucky) and 40(LsU) so without those 3 that’s awful.
The facts are the man climbed the ladder running up scores…
79 against Delaware state in 2016 …
72 against Missouri State in 2017
68 against Idaho in 2017
All while getting his hind end whipped when he played the big boys…
Bama and LsU a year ago are his only two good games against good teams…
The scheme sucks against good defenses…
So let’s face reality. No QB named Nico is going to make this offensive scheme better. Heck we played one good defense a year ago and were embarrassed with a a very good QB in hooker.
We have a coach that puts up big numbers against bad teams and gets his fat ass whipped against good ones. Always has and always will!
"What's that buyout?" Vol: Yall boys need to buckle up because heupel is about to start feeling the heat. The armchair spectators don’t understand how angry the base and the boosters are right now.
"Kirby always got the checkmate" Vol: We were never going to beat Georgia by stringing together 4-5 15-play drives ending in touchdowns - they're too good on defense. We had to have a few big plays in the passing game, either for touchdowns or setting up touchdowns. I don't recall us having many of those against Georgia in the four years Heupel's been here. Georgia shut that completely down in 2022 when our offense was gashing everyone else. I'm guessing we've had less than 10 and probably less than five pass completions of over 35-40 yards against Georgia in that time. Kirby appears to know exactly what to do against Heupel's offenses.
"Kirby can't coach. He just recruits" Vol: Kirby has simply out-talented everybody for the most part in the SEC...Real simple.
"Kirby has never beaten us" Vol: Does Kirby know that his QB’s turnovers will be negated by the officials? If you can answer that with “yes”, then the answer to your question is “yes!”

TN has the biggest collection of vaginas in all of SEC sports. I wish I could comprehend the mindset that talks about everything that went wrong while ignoring anything that went right. Some of you boys would cower to a wet paper sack. I’d be surprised if there was one man sized testicle between the lot of you.
We went into the hedges, went up by 10, and forced turnovers that inexplicably got reversed by SEC officials. Our Vols had Kirby’s bulldogs so nervous that it took the worst officiating of the season to get them the win. If we had to play them over again, it would take another biased officiating crew to give Georgia the win.
We are not disadvantaged to Georgia in any way. The conference just wants to get 5 teams into the playoffs.
