and now it’s mediocre . The customer service woman was nice . Change out my SIM card and licked her lips the entire time.

she told me turn off my 5G because over sold problems . Capacity can’t handle it . Go back to LTE . She told me to use roam for data .

She told me the signal box isn’t worth a dam . She said she has worked at Verizon for five years . She’s too honest . She going end up getting fired .

she they may even drop 5G and go back to LTE because it’s not worth a dam aka 4G
