What do those of you who take vitamins and supplements take on a daily basis and why ? I take a lot--just curious how it compares to others.
48 year old male with no known health problems ;
I take these with breakfast
-teaspoon of local honey - immune system, allergies
-2 tablespoons Apple Cider vinegar - probiotic
-fenugreek -helps maintain testosterone levels and help with sugar levels
-GNC Mega Men - one a day vitamin
-ginkgo biloba - memory
-biotin–hair, skin, nails
-NAC ( N-acetyl-L-cysteine ) helps prevent or slow macular degeneration
-vitamin C -general health and immune system
I take these at night with dinner
-zinc - immune
-Creatine--brain health and muscle recovery
-ashwagandha -stress reduction and sleep aid
