I was too young to sit down and watch that game, wasn’t really old enough to get into Georgia football until the 1998 Peach Bowl.
Anyway, I wanted to watch a game where Georgia played at the swamp and good Lord what a horrible game on our end. We just had very little talent on both sides of the ball. I saw Muschamp break up a pass and start jawing at Chris Doering (down 14-0) and CD shook his head as of to say look at the scoreboard.
My biggest takeaway: did Eric Zeier REALLY throw five picks and three pick sixes? Were we really that bad or did we just play that bad against the gators? On his third pick six the Florida linebacker returned it for about 60 yards and Georgia had about 10 people in position to make a tackle and he just ran past them all of a TD 😑
