It was a lot easier for them to plan for us than for us to plan for them.
They had a much better clue of what we were gonna do based on playing a good team early (Clemson) and watching what we did last year as the staff and players (especially the QB) are mostly the same. Not to mention than they have the best analyst now they could have (Saban).
We didn't have nearly as much to go on. New staff coaching different dudes than they coached last year.
We almost beat them minus 3 in the turnover department (minus 4 counting the safety) and basically not really making a move to come back until late in the third quarter. I'd like our chances if we meet them again. But we have to get through this schedule first. We only have one more mulligan that's guaranteed. Anything else and we're playing with fire.
